| Obsolete Man is a diy record label and distro that started around the summer of 2004 in Skopje,Macedonia...the main reason the label was started is to release some good hc/punk band around the world and to help them. so if you are in some interesting band write me,i am open to comunicate.. About "Obsolete".It is very interesting word.It means something that is not in use anymore,out-of date,old,not needed. So way i named my label Obsolete Man?? It was inspired and taken from one very famous serial from the 60s called"Twilight Zone".In one episode there is one man who works in library and he lives in a fucked totalitarian state,where he is sentenced to death becouse he became obsolete to that society.They didnt need him anymore.And we live in exactly the same society as that old librarian used to in that episode of TW.our society is build on the same principles.You can easily become obsolete.Ok,maybe they will not sentence you to death but dont fool you self that you mean anything to them.You dont.they will tell you stories how great you are,how important you are,that they need you.Well,yes they need you,to help them to get more votes,more power,more votes.Notning more.You are not important.They will never ask you how are you feeling,are you happy,what are your needs.Who gives a fuck???You are like spared goods.After they use you or when the day comes when you become obsolete to them you will end up in the trash can.Simple as that.So maybe one of the the reasons i started this label is to do something that in the eyes of the most people is obsolete. I cant remember how many times my mother told me to stop doing this because i am loosing money and time.Money and Time??? To me those thing are obsolete.if you cant use your time and money on the thing you like than whats the point of having time and money??
