The name "Nemesis" was given to him by friends in his home town Seaview Gardens. The Name “Nemesis” means unconquerable opponent. Nemesis was first taken serious after appearing on a Mixtape in 2003 entitled “CD-Max Vol: 1” a mixtape done by his good friend Jason Christie aka Max or CD-Max as he is called by friends. From that Nemesis and Max have been working together. Vol: 1 was followed with an Xclusive CD of Nemesis tunes mostly CD-Max Dubplates in 2004 which took Seaview by storm and turned all eyes on Nemesis and Max. Later that year nemesis recorded his first professional track on “What Is U Name” on Pearl “Harbour Rhythm” produced by Black Pearl and “My Time To Shine” featuring Thriller on the Muss Buss Label on the Hungry Rhythm produced by Jack Stumpy. Nemesis appeared on a number of stage shows across the island and has been visiting studios around the country trying to get his music out. Nemesis aim is to take the music to the next level. |
