Music:Member Since: 8/5/2007Band Website: myspace.com/masquarade1 Band Members: Kouros- (Vocals) My life has been full of highs and lows. I was handed responsibilty at a very young age. This made the transition into manhood very suttle. Now as a man, I aspire to use my only outlet as a child for my career. The creative edge of writing and the emotion of singing were always a part of me. I have been a rap artist for sometime now in the former group known as SPUN. After the break up I have gone on as a solo artist. I have now found a group of miscrients that make me feel at home.... In this MASQUERADE. CrackerJack- (Vocals) This music that bleeds through me keeps me alive. The band scene has not been kind to me. Two of the bands I was in (with Jade) After the Fire and I am Him had limited success, so I turned to Military service. Now a civilian again I feel my friends are true. I also share a kindred connection with the band. The coincidences I have seen surrounding this band are the work of a higher power. Enough about that, I am still a mystery that yearns to be solved. Let the Masquerade proceed. Jade Havok- (Bass) Fallen from the sounds of questionable faith, landing in a room surrounded by my destiny. This is not a coincidence. These strings are my veins. this music is my blood. My quest for proper placement ends here. I've been through the times where I could see the end of every dead road. Now is the time where I leave this behind. Now is the time for me to follow the path paved before on the road with this modern day Masquerade. Mr.Benson- (Keys) Since I was a kid I knew that a "real job" was not for me. I turned to music for an escape, and found it inside every cell in my bieng. At the age of 16 I found a guitar, and fell in love. The past few years i have tried to become a musician. Band after countless band, (some included Jade Havok) has given me a grasp on the foundation of music. Which brings uo to date. The night I was invited (Kouros) to the Masquerade. I knew they were looking for a keyboardist, but I really had no idea that I would find my calling. The keys have challenged me in a whole new way, making me aspire to be great..... Now completed we are prepared to rip out your souls, one by one. You are the Slaves. I am the Machine. We are the Masquerade. Dream to acheive. Q- (Guitar) The journey to bring me to the Masquerade has been very strange. There are so many events that make this transition more than a coincidence. The brotherhood that I share with the band will refuse to yield words. Eminent domination is on the horizon. MAN, in general will relate with the stories we will tell. Just remember when you leave things up for interpretation, thats when the bloodshed starts. Melchizedek- (Percussion) I was born with the physical disability of being Walleyed (Definition of Walleyed) Walleyed: 1. Having exotropia -- divergent strabismus -- in which the eyes turn outward away from the nose. The Japanese term is ron-pari, as one eye is looking at Rondon (London) and the other is looking at Pari (Paris). 2. Having a dense white opacity (leukoma) of the cornea. 3. Having large staring eyes, like those of certain fish such as the pike. At 3 years old, I had corrective surgery the operation had gone successfully, but the rehabilitation was a life changing experience. I had to live with the absence of light for 7 days, because the sun light or even the ultraviolet light from a television could cause permanent blindness.
