(God's Gift) Yvonne L. Wright was born July 4, 1990 in Omaha, Nebraska. With an overflowing imagination and an arsenal of talents God's Gift has a wellspring of ideas matched only by her seemingly unlimited versatility and creativity. She has centered her spoken word career on social enlightenment, community outreach, and entertainment.Greatly Influenced by Taalam Acey, Lamont Carey, Lupe Fiasco, Floetry, Maya Angelou, Mc Lyte, and Nikki Giovanni for their emphasis on lyrics and creativity. She sees no boundaries nor limitations accepting neither label nor branding. She is always one step ahead of herself approaching poetry from new and exciting angles leaving no topic safe from her pen. Be it the somber conditions of Afrikan American life God's Gift desires to touch everyone. People are respected for what they truly feel is relevant or important.
