| Eyes Averted Eyes Averted: Eyes Averted have been plugging away at an awkward yet cohesive blend of consonance and calculus for almost six years. We define ourselves by what we have yet to create, because the options are endless. We strive to challenge ourselves as well as our listeners. We devote ourselves to the propagation of our material, and we pride ourselves in our work ethic. Most of all, we are not afraid to refine what we invent, because artistic risk has always proven worthwhile for us, if only to satiate our own need for innovation in music. Recently we all moved to different states across the US. There was a brief period of time in late June of 2008 that we were able to record four new songs for a self-titled EP that will be released in 2009. Please keep your eyes and ears open for details about this release, as we feel that it is the pinnacle of what our band has tried to accomplish throughout the past six years. |
