| The Past... It all started at his first concert in Providence,R.I. in the late 70's. During Queen and Thin Lizzy's show, a spark was ignited and he knew he was hooked. His first real band Glass Dragon formed in Norton, Massachusetts in the mid 80's. Needless to say "Rock and Roll" became a way of life. Playing shows throughout New England with such acts as Extreme, Malice, Poison, KIX, And Many Others, Recording at Top Notch Studios Normandy Sounds and Blue Jay Studios-Bobby got his first taste of live shows, and recording professionally. Out of that came the songs Ticket for Love and Born to Rock You.After Glass Dragon's breakup in 1986, Bobby moved on as a solo artist, writing all the music, lyrics, and arrangements including lead vocals. Playing with many great musicians, recording and traveling back and forth from Boston to LA he connected with renowned record producer Dennis Mackay, (Judas Priest, Vixen, David Bowie, Jeff Beck, Pat Travers) he realized LA was where he had to be.Dennis and Bobby's first demo in 1989 only cemented that fact. Making Music a career seemed within reach. Four years of the Grinding lifestyle living in LA, writing well over a 150 songs Bobby is introduced through a mutual friend to singer/songwriter Jason "Gong" Jones (Drowning Pool, AM Conspiracy). After writing and rehearsals for most of that Year it was time to record. Dennis MacKay produced and engineered their EP. The recordings were done at King Sound Studios and mixed at Track Record Studios in L.A. CA. The Songs Everybody Come, Feel Fine, All Inside Your Mind, and Circles we're Recorded. Needing to change rhythm section in the band Bobby and Jason Proceeded On.. Several auditions later the band called Kingpen at the time was over. At this time after a twelve year run at the music industry Bobby decided to move back to Massachusetts.The Present/ Future: Never losing his love or desire for playing guitar and writing songs, recording music in a home studio for years leads us here with a new found energy and a passion like never before. Now living in Northwest Ohio and Putting a new band together, 2008 looks to be a interesting and busy year.
