| Marck Richard effectua ses premières notes en autodidacte à l’âge de 14 ans. Bassiste passionné, sa détermination et sa rigueur, lui ont permis d’entreprendre une recherche théorique beaucoup plus approfondie. En quelques années, il est devenu le bassiste du jazz haïtien. Sa musicalité et sa polyvalence ont contribué à enrichir considérablement les projets auxquels il a participés.La musique de Mark est très imprégnée de rythme vaudou, de jazz, de rock et de blues, mais c’est surtout, une musique qui laisse parler son cœur et son âme.Sa récente participation à la deuxième édition du Festival International de Jazz de Port-au-Prince, de mars 2008, a été très remarquée.
