| We came a long way for the project inquest blonk. Through lot..s of rehearsal rooms and different bandprojects, through gigs in cheap clubs and open airs
we came together again after years. We already played together as teenagers in nearly the same constellation. Then like today we are full of vitality and enthusiasm for making music. By the time our music became more thorough like ourselves. We play exclusive our own songs, which we have arrange on our own. The lyrics are drawn by the feather of our bandleader-baßman and singer uwe. In sessions we throw all our musical ideas into a big pot, stearing and stearing like a cook creates a dish, until something good comes out for us. The lyrics mostly appear later. Some songs take just one night, others require months...The musical roots of the single band members are manifold. Often someone likes something, the other doesen..t like. But we..ve got our points of intersection and so the thing works. Since 2006 inquest blonk exists in this constellation, the time before we were a trio. For springtime 2008 studio-recordings are planned/studioalbum. Thanx we like to say to our band technican Danilo for the good sound he creates at all our gigs and for his support to the band. Thanx to Q-no who created our logo and hopefully soon beautify..s our homepage with his creative arts. The songs you can listen at this profile are partly nor ready mixed studiomaterial...Babel .. |

Sounds Like: Generate your own contact table! Wie wir und vielleicht noch wie ..... ist aber nicht nicht beabsichtigt.IB existiert schon seit mehreren Jahren. 2006 noch ein Trio, gibt es die Band seit 2007 als Quartett in der oben gelisteten Beschreibung. Es hat seine Zeit gebraucht unseren Tastenmann Micha einzuarbeiten, aber es hat sich gelohnt. IB spielt ausschließlich eigene Songs mit englischen Texten, die aus der Feder unseres Bandleaders und Bassmannes Uwe stammen. Die Musik für die Texte arrangiert die Band dann zusammen, und so entsteht dann ein Song bei uns (wieder einer mehr). Musikalische Einflüsse gibt es viele und so mancher Einfluss ist mitunter hörbar. Wir werfen unsere musikalischen Ideen in einen großen Topf und rühren was das Zeug hält, ja und dann kommt eben Musik heraus.Die hier eingestellten Titel sind keine Studio aufnahmen, sondern Proberaummaterial bzw. Mitschnitte grob gemixt!Studioaufnahmen bzw. Tonträger gab es mit den Projekten The Way, Ardistan/Heilsarmy und auch mit den früheren inquest blonk. In dieser Besetzung war inquest blonk bisher hauptsächlich eine Liveband. Wir spielen derzeit ein über zweieinhalbstündiges Programm, das nur aus eigenen Titeln besteht die im Verlauf der vergangenen Jahre entstanden sind. Die Musik von "inquest blonk" ist in seiner Ausrichting mal weich, groovie und räumlich, aber auch sehr rockig. Bei Myspace haben wir zurzeit Titel eingestellt die eher den ersten Attributen entsprechen...Record Label: unsigned Type of Label: None |
