Since the beginning Dante Santiago has been making waves throughout the music industry and forcing the worlds most talented stars to take notice. After a show with icon Stevie Wonder, Mr. Wonder told Dante's mother that she needed to push him and he was right. So along with Will One X, Apl.de.ap, Mookie Mook & DJ Motiv8, they formed the (Atban Klann) and were soon signed to Ruthless Records, Eazy E's label. While the group struggled to put the "Grass Roots" album out, it was at this point that Dante decided to go dance for R&B star Aaliyah. Eventually he came back, and after Easy E's passing, Will, Dante and Apl, started a new group called, (The Black Eyed Peas). After being part of the first album, Dante decided to go solo, but remained strongly bonded to the group. After bep's second album, Will asked Dante to come back and be a part of their next record, "Elephunk". The two spent months creating the record, coming up with ideas to take bep to the next level. So Dante brought in two huge factors to the group, the suggestions of Justin Timberlake and Fergie. Which lead to Dante taking on the new title of Creative A&R. Elephunk has now gone on to sell over 10 million copies worldwide and become a grammy award winning record, which also repeated itself on The next Black Eyed Peas album, "Monkey Business" which has gone on to sell over 12 million copies. As well as, Fergie's solo album "The Dutchess", which to date, has sold over 6 million copies worldwide. It was also the suggestion to give the song "Ordinary People" to John Legend. (Which was originally a bep song,) but Dante felt it was better suited for Mr Legend. So while he continues to work with bep, he's also pursuing his solo career and a new group called, (Super Black) and also adding another title to the resume, of Executive Producer. Dante has featured on several albums, such as Will.i.am's "Song About Girls", Must Be 21, Fergie's "The Dutchess" and all 4 Black Eyed Peas records. He has worked with and graced the stage with the likes of, Michael Jackson, James Brown, Stevie Wonder. Whitney Houston, Mariah, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, R Kelly, Snoop Dogg, Aaliyah, MC Hammer, Chris Brown, Nas, P Diddy, John Legend, Lil John, Flo Rida & so on! Dante is currently working on solo material. So look out for (Dante in 2009 because he's coming with some feel good music to make you lose your mind!) ...
