MySpace Layouts
Michael Witness project from Saint-Petersburg city was founded in 2005. Michael started listening electronic music from 2002. Since then his musical tastes changed all the time – from hands up to progressive trance, from electro-house to dark prog. But in 2006 he found his favorite style – chillout/ambient music with a prog atmosphere and trance-melodies. Then his first works in these styles began to appear. Since then Michael released a number of remixes for various labels in Canada, Italy, England and Russia. Including the remix on the famous musician from Poland Adam Nickey for popular English label Deep Blue Records which belongs to project Solarstone. The tracks by Michael Witness are often played in the Deep Blue radioshow. As a DJ, Michael Witness played on one stage with such musicians and DJ’s as: Mark Norman, Wonderland Avenue, Eric Prydz, George Acosta, Don Diablo, Vincent Vega, DJ Nil, Kosinus & Slutkey, DJ Feel, Oleg Pak, Djef, DJ Antonio, DJ Vlada, DJ Renat and many more. Michael Witness has played his sets in many russian cities and in the native city of S.-Petersburg, and also on several large open-airs, such as Ministry of Sound SPB session. Now Michael has project Hokkaido with great musician Invisible Sounds. Their first track Summer Wind will be included in popular Russian compilation Trancemission by DJ Feel.
