| For the moment it's just me,but i've recently had people asking me if they can back me up.So it seems a band is on the horizon. If you happen to be a decent and intuitive bass player, please contact me. I'm aware that my recordings are not flawless at this point,but additional instruments played by better musicians than myself will be added to many songs soon enough.Keep in mind I'm currently using home recording software and have barely scratched the surface of all there is to learn with it. As soon as enough of you either buy my songs or give me enough encouragement , I'll go to the studio. Until then I'd love to hear feedback through comments on which songs are your favorites. | |

Music:Member Since: 9/1/2007Band Members: Brian Pound- Lead vocals, Rythm guitar, Harmonica, Mandolin, Banjo .Right now the other band members vary depending on the show. Influences: My influences include : Coldplay,Travis,Blue Merle(sadly no longer around),Our lady peace,Better than ezra,counting crows,Greg Laswell,Ben folds,Guster,Matt Costa,Augustana,Vega4,Semisonic,Beck,and the Strokes.I would also like to recognize local infuences and inspirations.Thanks first off to my wonderful daughters Amelia and Macey who are always so supportive. Thanks to Pat Copeland,Adam Scheidt,Jeff Langston,Davy Whitener,and Ryan Bassett among others who've been so encouraging and who believed in me even when i didn't believe in myself. Thankyou to the local artist(who you can find under my friends)who've helped me to learn about songwriting,Guitar,and on stage performance, including Ian Schumacher,James Terrell,Jeff Crocker, and Kemper Watson. And lastly thankyou to Jessica,Jennifer,Elissa,Roxie,and Hannah who have given me either inspiration or ideas for most of these songs.
