| Founded in Hannover City 2002 by the impulsive Leadsinger Ivo from Kongo and Guitarist Tobi from Hannover. Further Members are Rene the fantastic Bassplayer from Mexico, Mr. Martin the excellent Drummer, El Gigante Alex the Guitarplayer, Simo the Professor of Sax and Lady Doreen the songstress. To be continued... SPIRITU-ONE , wurde im Dezember 2002 von Yvon Nlandu (bekannt auch als IVO) mit dem erklärten Ziel gegründet, mit ihrer Musik zum Thema Integration beizutragen. Mittlerweile hat sich die international besetzte Gruppe einen Namen gemacht:African Roots,Reggae, Funk und Jazz stehen auf dem Programm, wobei sämtliche Texte von Yvon Nlandu geschrieben und die Musikstücke teilweise ebenfalls von ihm, teilweise von anderen Mitgliedern der Band komponiert werden. Allein das ist schon selten genug.Dabei legt Spiritu-One Wert darauf, bei diesen unterschiedlichen Stilrichtungen in den einzelnen Stücken eine tanzbare Mischung zu erzeugen.Spiritu-One organisiert seine Konzerte selbst, lässt sich aber auch gerne auf Privatveranstaltungen oder Stadt- und Gemeindefeste einladen.
