His poetic, socially conscious lyrics provide you with a style that is intelligent, and witty. Roosters lyrical influences lead him to take a more abstract path in his writing. Packed with hidden meanings and deep metaphors, his lyrics keep the listener intrigued. He also does the majority of the recording, editing, and mixing of the Coldcokt crews final sound. C-Dope: C-dope run, I think not. C-dope smoke it, possibly. C-dope blow up the mic, you best believe! He is by far the fastest rapper in the Coldcokt crew. Originally of the group T&C. His quick and furious lyrical style has caught the ear of many people instantly making them fans. Dope has a ruff edge to his voice that brings a hype sound to even the calmest beat. BiG D: The latest addition to the Coldcokt group, BiG D brings the bass. His lyrics have an intellectual take on several issues regarding the music industry and where hip-hop is headed. From a different musical background then the rest of the group, D brings a vast knowledge of mainstream rap to Coldcokt. This big man has a presence behind the mic that makes him unmistakable in the Coldcokt crew.Tragedy: What can you say other than this dude is crazy. Tragedy boasts a lyrical style that is crude but clever. His lyrics often leave people thinking did he really just say that. He is the only member of the group that has been stabbed, electrocuted, hit by a car and survived to rap about it all. Tragedy was and is C-dopes counterpart in T&C.
