| On a typical day I hop on the local Dallas mass transit system, DART, and head downtown to work at Tracy Locke, an advertising agency. I ease into work with my morning cup of tea and then become a slogan machine for the next 8 hours. Sometimes longer. Then it's back on the DART and home to find my roomate, Danny, playing COD 4. We might jam some Rock Band for a couple hours at a ridiculous volume until we've rocked our faces off. Then it's to the foosball table. I win. He wins. We call it a tie. Then it's on to our daily health ritual. We juice up some wheatgrass and enjoy a shot of pure liquid sunshine. I go run a couple miles and come back to crash on the couch and watch the same episode of Flight of the Conchords I've seen a thousand times. I don't watch it as much as recite it. Then I grab a good book and read until I drift off to sleep. I wake up and do it all over again. | |
