SCM Recordings is a production/recording facility based in sunny San Diego, CA. Founded in 2005 and finally established in 2006, it has become home to some of the greatest musicians San Diego has to offer. Featuring a comfortably sized live room and control room, two isolation booths, and all the expertise needed to make music shine, it is quickly becoming the best choice for groups who want their music recorded professionally and affordably in the San Diego and Orange County areas. We welcome (and appreciate!) all genres of music but specialize in rock, metal and pop. Feel free to call us to discuss your next project or arrange a studio tour. With the boom in home recording equipment, some musicians choose to track themselves on their own time. We offer both mixing and mastering services at affordable rates for those looking to add that extra something in their home recordings. SCMs control room is equipped with Digidesigns Pro Tools, ADAMs Monitors, RMEs mastergrade ADI converters, East Wests Symphonic Orchestra sample set and an amazing range of plugins including Antares Autotune, Drumagog, TL Space and Perfect Space convolution reverbs, Rolands V-Vocal, Waves, Voxengos Mastering Suite, etc. Call us for more information or to set up a studio tour.
