| Formada en el año de 1997 con la principal idea de realizar death metal, surgió la agrupación inicialmente bajo el nombre "aleister", fundada por Ferney Rodríguez (batería y voz), Hernán Martinez (guitarra líder), Fabián Gutiérrez (guitarra rítmica y voz), Jorge Rubiano, (bajo). La propuesta ideológica de la banda ha sido desde el principio resaltar, rescatar y dar a conocer la cultura y las creencias indígenas propias del territorio colombiano sin dejar atrás el sonido característico del Death metal, incluyendo sonidos e instrumentos autóctonos. La trayectoria de la banda incluye participaciones en vivo con algunas de las bandas mas representativas del país, tales como Masacre, Killcroops, Darkness, Neurosis inc, Tenebrarum, Ingrand, Namles, Undertresath, Desecreate, Occisor, Soul burner, Nosferatu ente otras; ademas de su participación en eventos internacionales con las agrupaciones INCANTATION y FUNERUS de USA, y DISMEMBER de suecia También se a participado en eventos de magnitudes considerables entre ellos: Festival Kennedy al rock VII, Festival calle Colombia, Festival rock parque de las flores y II, Halowen rock fest, Festival de rock en Facatativa, Orión Fest. (Tunja), Festival del sol y la luna, Colectivo suba al rock, Bosa la escena del rock, sua rocker festentre otos. Paralelamente a estas, la banda se hizo participe de una recopilación titulada Balam Quitze Video Zine, con el video clip de su sencillo "el vuelo de la noche", y las grabaciones como son: sencillo promocional the rising sun, ep scream of war, entre otras compilaciones colombianas. La propuesta musical de la banda se inclina hacia un nuevo género el cual le da identidad propia a la banda denominado Native Tribute, y se configura dentro del marco de la fuerza y la armonía del Death metal. |
