| ROCK SOUND - "Coming on like the Blood Brothers after an intimate squeeze with Dracula, SONE give an intense, snarling and awesome performance".
METAL HAMMER - "Passionate and styled vocals sit over chuggy hardcore influenced modern metal". ROCK SOUND - Top 10 unsigned metal acts for 2007. SONE headed into the studio in the Autumn of 2005 to work with Paul Crosshoare Breed 77, Sikth... and lay down 4 tracks for their EP. Matt Foster was then given the task to mix the tracks to a level that SONE would be proud of. In the closing months of 2005, SONE were main support to Skindred and Throwdown to name a few. 2006 SONE play their first show in Europe, headlineing in Slavakia. A triumphant Subverse show at Camden Underworld and with a new recruitement on bass at the end of 2006 SONE locked themselves away to write material for their first full length release!!! Supporting Flood Of Red round the U.K. in early 2007 and playing small club dates SONE have been able to put this new material to the test..... We write and play music that we feel passionate about and hopefully that comes across to the audience. SONE are about the music pure and simple. Some say Metal while others say Hardcore...but truth be told, SONE are here to have a good time and enjoy getting involved in a lively circle pitt!!! |
