Hi, Welcome to Myspace - I am Tim Gaines and I play bass guitar. I am probably known best for my tenure as a founding member of the multi platinum selling, Grammy nominated, and Dove award winning 80's Christian band Stryper (1983 - 2004). Being in Stryper was a great part of my life and I am grateful for the experience. You can catch my final performance with Stryper on the Stryper Live In Puerto Rico DVD released in 2007. I will always consider Michael, Robert, and Oz my brothers, and I wish them much success and God's richest blessing on their future endeavors. Over the last 25 years or so, I have had the pleasure of working in some capacity of recording or performing live with a multitude of artists and bands - some well known, and others not so well known, but all great folks whom I consider it an honor to have been associated with. I am currently part of the Grace Chapel worship band. You can catch us on Sunday mornings @ 11:00 AM CST at www.GraceChapel.net. It is a great church that I am blessed to be a part of.
