"I try to deliver a true feeling and passion." Chris says. Chris Sanders has defined the standard as to what a killer lead player is today. Steep in the classical tradition, Chris has brought fourth melody and harmony with extreme speed and clarity! Chris established himself as the elite guitar hero that is playing the Sunset Strip today. This was confirmed when he joined forces with Nadir D'Priest, as lead guitarist of D'Priest. Nadir D'Priest was featured in the movie, "The Decline of the Western Cilvilization, The Metal Years". Having released 3 albums, two under the "London" name and the third album as "D'Priest". This is one hell of a solid team so get ready for a wild ride! Chris Sanders is a touring guitarist for Lizzy Borden. He is honored to play along side Lizzy Borden, Joey Scott, Marten Andersson and Ira Black. Make sure to get your "Appointment with Death!" Chris paid tribute to his guitar icon Randy Rhoads, when on March 19, 2007 at the 25th anniversary of Randy Rhoads death; Chris preformed "Dee" to Delores Rhoads at the graveside memorial. This was a filmed event for the documentary about Randy done by Dakota Pictures. The early years had Chris playing shows with bands such as: Quiet Riot, George Lynch of Dokken, Metal Church, OverKill, Three Inches of Blood, Death Angel, High On Fire, just to name a few. Since tearing up the Sunset Strip, Chris has also preformed live and onstage with members from Yngwie Malmsteen, WASP, London, Quiet Riot, L.A. Guns, and Odin among many others. Chris has left you with some of his favorite jam tracks and writings. "I hope you will enjoy them." All the clips started as improv, (a great exercise to practice scales) and have turned into solo sections for recent songs. “I couldn’t help myself from adding harmonies!" These are less classical, however you can still hear the influence. "I am really honored to hear back from so many of you that are using my material on your own personal pages as well as learning the riffs. Very cool!
