Over the course of the past 13 years bodybuilding has been my life. Over time I have amassed a great deal of knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I now want to use this knowledge to help other people achieve their personal goals. I have an extremely diverse range of clientle. My clients include experienced bodybuilders who want top notch pre contest preparation, the novice who is just getting into diet and weight training.
