I need a challenge in life, and aim high, constantly challenging myself. Feeling fit and healthy gives me incredible strength to achieve my dreams, both on and off the stage. I moved from London to follow my dream in LA to live the life I once only dreamed of. Since moving to LA I have found that anything is possible, and so my dreams are now being lived out. I am a very active person, and enjoy finding my limits and then pushing them. I thrive on adrenaline pumping extreme sports, which have included snowboarding down Europe’s highest peaks, wakeboarding on the open seas, and mountain biking at a competitive level in my teenage years. I nearly became a racing driver after being involved heavily in a driving club for many years, and can regularly be seen at track days where I ride, pushing my bike and body to the limits. My biggest lesson I have learnt in life is to not regret not having done something. The only ones who fail are those who don’t try.When I first started working out as a teenager, I found it hard to stick to a role model that I wanted to emulate. I kept changing, trying to follow the bigger bodybuilders, to the leaner fitness models. There were very few, if any, fitness role models that really appealed to me. I soon began to train to become the person I could see in my head, which was me. My goal is to become an inspirational role model to anyone looking to build a fitter, stronger, healthier body, and to love the life they live. How do I expect to do that? Exposure. By increasing my exposure in fitness publications, commercials and any other forms of media that show me as the ‘dream of fitness’, then I am putting myself out there for people to attach on to the idea of following a figure that is attainable to the everyday man. I want to become known as ‘the guy with those abs’ on the sunset billboard. The rest I can do myself – building up the body and living the lifestyle that so many seem to want to attain. |
