| As you probably know by now, either by incredible intuition or the ability to read the text to the top left of your screen, I am Daniel Chase. I am a singer songwriter. I come from one of the most unknown towns in the smallest state it the US: Exeter, Rhode Island. Exeter is both nowhere and everywhere; it is "Anytown" USA ; it is the perfect place to start my story. I have lived life in the woods, I have seen life in the city, and I have been everywhere in between. I am an observer and a listener above all else and my music is a product of this; a simple interpretation of personal insight and examination turned into song. Music has been a part of me since I can remember. It is the only way I have ever been able to truly connect with the world. The most sense I ever make is in a song. A song is where I can strip down my experiences to their most purely simplistic forms and tell them in a way that makes me feel better. It wasnt always this way. Before I ever knew I had a song in me I just had my love for music. That is where it started. That is where it always starts. Eventually, my love for music collided with my need to get life off of my chest, and now I'm here. It was my love for music that brought me here and it is my love for music that keeps me going.
