About Me

Shondrae Mr. Bangladesh Crawford is not your typical hip hop producer--that needs to be understood upfront. Yes, he has the plaques. Yes, the accomplishments on his expertly crafted resume would swell anyones chest with pride. But Mr. Bangladesh is still cut from a different mold. Accept this and your musical journey of a lifetime is set to begin. Coming from humble beginnings in Des Moines, Iowa, Mr. Bangladesh always knew that he was destined for greatness. Relocating to Atlanta, GA was the X-factor that ignited his creative fire. Amidst the burgeoning new Hip Hop culture being pioneered in the ATL by the likes of Goodie Mob and Outkast, he became inspired to make his own indelible mark in the music industry. His big break came when an old classmate, Lil Fate of Disturbing Tha Peace, introduced him to a then unsigned Ludacris. The result - Mr. Bangladesh produced a robust share of the first two multi-platinum Ludacris albums: Back for the First Time and Word of Mouf, including his first smash single Whats Yo Fantasy, as well as Ho, Stick em Up, and Go 2 Sleep. Mr. Bangladesh was just getting started. 2004 served as a warning shot to the music industry that a new king was strategically preparing to take his throne. He set the airwaves on fire with multiple club bangers which included: 8Ball and MJGs You Dont Want Drama & Dont Make Me, as well as the Petey Pablo smash Vibrate. His trademark futuristic sound was also featured on Hotline(Ciara), the rapid fire RPM(Shawnna), and I Tried To Tell Ya(Yung Wun). Teaming with acclaimed R&B songwriters Pooh Bear and Sean Garrett of 112 and Usher fame to create several instant classics, Mr. Bangladesh ensured the scope of his musical influence broadened past the Hip-Hop pigeonhole. In 2005 the Bangladesh brand has been heard on "Same Shit, Different Day" (Young Gunz) and "Click Clack" (Missy Elliot). And halfway into 2006 his trademark sound has already been heard with Kelis ("Bossy"). The future has never looked brighter for Mr. Bangladesh as he is being hotly pursued by some of hip-hops biggest names. Including Sean P. Diddy Combs announced over the Atlanta airwaves that he wants him to join his Bad Boy Empire. Mr. Bangladesh has also caught the attention of music luminaries LA. Reid & Clive Davis. As for John Q. Hip-Hop, there is an anxious anticipation as the world waits for him to unveil his newest creations which will be featured on upcoming albums from in-demand artists such as: E-40 and Lil Scrappy. Mr. Bangladesh will soon be introducing the world to his artists Charlie Mackenroe, Shenell and Nina Shaw. Mr. Bangladesh is choosing his own path, not allowing fame and fortune to cloud his judgement. Wherever life leads him, it will be different from the norm, but in the end it will result in nothing but sweet music. Stay Tuned
