Rolly DeVore is a multi-instrumentalist who's been playing drums professionally since the age of 14. During the 1980's he was performing shows across the country playing bass guitar, doing studio work as a drummer in Los Angeles, and made cameo appearances in the Tom Hank's movie BACHELOR PARTY, and Rick Springfield's HARD TO HOLD. During the 1990's he formed Orange County's critically acclaimed Rock/Pop band UNDER THE STARRY SKY (www.utssrock.com), where he handled the lead vocal and guitar duties. Rolly has performed shows with members of KISS, Guns & Roses, The Go Go's, The Alice Cooper Band, Poison, and a host of others. His audio engineering skills have also enabled him to work behind the scenes with members of DEVO, The Go Gos, Guns & Roses, and The Motels. He's recently appeared on the television shows MY NAME IS EARL, ER, CSI:NY, CROSSING JORDAN, 7TH HEAVEN, IN JUSTICE, COURTING ALEX, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, WITHOUT A TRACE, THE GILMORE GIRLS, THE CLOSER, THE WEST WING, ALIAS, CLOSE TO HOME, THE RICHES, Comedy Central's AMERICAN BODY SHOP, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, and the motion pictures THE HOLIDAY and BLADES OF GLORY.
His latest drumming projects include playing on the CBS hit television show "CSI:NY" (see pictures from the show below), performing as THE WHO's "Keith Moon" in MY GENERATION: Maximum WHO - a super WHO tribute band (see video clips below), and rocking out with Orange County's THE GO SHEILAS (see video clips below).
