| A cantora MISTY inaugura um projeto musical com as LAVADEIRAS (myspace.com/lavadeiras) e apresenta algumas das novas canções de vertentes que vão do disco ao tropicalismo, passando naturalmente pelo pop. A cantora mineira de voz jazzística, que teve marcante estréia vinculada ao lendário musical “Emoções Baratas”, dirigido por José Possi Neto, mostra aqui a sua porção dance e vibrante. Sem desmerecer a reconhecida influência do jazz, é claro. A música PANELA DE PRESSÃO, em que ela divide parceria com Gedley Braga e Lina de Albuquerque, refere-se a uma passagem biográfica da cantora e, ao mesmo tempo, aproveita para ironizar um certo movimento social chamado “Cansei” (alguém ainda se lembra?). Já AMÉRICA ERRADA é o retrato da sobrevivência num lugar em que a vida resulta quase sempre de um ato de improviso. (É, ainda somos apenas uns rapazes e moças latino-americanos...) Também fazem parte de MISTY & LAVADEIRAS, as músicas "RASCUNHO", "MÚSICA SEM FIM", e, recentemente adicionada nesta página, "SECRETO", a mais intimista canção do projeto que uniu a cantora mineira de jazz MISTY às eletrônico-emepebísticas LAVADEIRAS. MISTY e as LAVADEIRAS já não fazem segredo que estão se divertindo muito! E por isso mesmo acabam de abrir todas essas músicas para download. Vamos ver o que acontece...

English Version The singer MISTY is launching a musical project with LAVADEIRAS (Women who wash clothes for living) [myspace.com/lavadeiras] and is performing some new songs in styles that go from disco to tropicalism (a mixture of Brazilian and international pop of the 1960s). The jazz singer had a remarkable première with the legendary musical “Emoções Baratas” (Cheap Emotions), directed by José Possi Neto, in which she shows her more swinging and vibrant talents. The melody PANELA DE PRESSÃO (Pressure Cooker), in which she performs with Gedley Braga and Lina de Albuquerque, refers to a period of the singer’s own life and, at the same time, is ironic about recent trends of such social Brazilian manifest called “Cansei” (I got tired). On the other hand, AMÉRICA ERRADA (Mistaken America) by Lina and Gedley, is the portrait of survival in a place where life always seems to be impromptu. Welcome! More songs are expected soon. |
