| Depois do lançamento do primeiro trabalho dos Inlunacy, Toni Peres decidiu embarcar numa nova aventura, mas desta vez a solo.
Tudo começou quando Toni decidiu criar um projecto chamado "A Strange World", que acabaria por ter muitas influências e semelhanças em relação ao trabalho realizado anteriormente com a sua banda.
Com um estilo dentro do Rock/Metal, as suas letras relatavam os problemas que a Terra passa actualmente dentro dos sectores sociais, políticos e religiosos.
Este novo projecto iria contar com a participação especial de membros de outras bandas.Após ter dado inicio ao seu trabalho, Toni confrontou-se com alguns problemas que vieram a revelar-se.
Devido a tais problemas, e o facto deste novo projecto se assemelhar bastante com o trabalho dos Inlunacy, Toni decidiu dar uma reviravolta no seu novo projecto.
Depois de várias hipóteses ponderadas, chegou-se à conclusão que criar um projecto dentro do estilo de música ambiental, seria uma boa aposta."A Strange World" é actualmente um projecto direccionado para a música orquestral, tendo um registo estilístico idêntico à de "banda sonora".
Dentro de uma musicalidade simplista, o projecto fala de um estranho mundo, criado e construído mediante cada pessoa, formando assim um mundo à medida de cada um.
A orquestra é o ponto central e constante durante o álbum inteiro mas, no entanto, a mesma encontra-se acompanhada por coros e sons mais electrónicos (sintetizadores, entre outros).Toni Peres preocupou-se igualmente com o grafismo (design) do projecto, que irá reforçar e ilustrar claramente o assunto abordado pelos temas que dão corpo a "A Strange World".After the release of the first Inlunacy work, Toni Peres decided to dive into a new adventure, this time in solo.
Everything started when he decided to create a project called “A Strange World” that would be marked with a lot of similarities and influences from his last work with the band.
The project’s lyrics talked about the social, politic and religious problems that our world faces nowadays and the style of the music would be Rock/Metal.
This project would count with the participation of several members from other bands.A while after Toni started the development of his project some problems started to show up. Due to that fact there was a drastic change on the style of this project. After a lot of work Toni decided that a soundtrack style project would a good choice.“A Strange World” is now an orchestral music project, with a style very similar to a soundtrack. The project talks about a strange world built and created by each person in order to make it a balanced and perfect place for everyone.
