My name is Ron. I'm presently a novelist, though most of my adult life I was a recording engineer. I've also worked as a performing musician, guitar teacher, cost accountant, corporate tax accountant, and video engineer. I was born and grew up in Southern California. I have three children: Jesse (8/11/75-3/6/94), a brilliant guitarist, artist, and writer; Daniel, 7 years old, a math genius, artist, and Legos design engineer; and my darling little Emma, my baby girl, 23 months old. They are the most important people in my life. My first son, Jesse (pictured first), died at the age of 18 in 1994. Not a day, not an hour, not a minute goes by that I don't miss him terribly.
