Fresh is the best way to describe the sound Of The Rose creates to dominate a scene that has become stale and stagnant over recent years. Rising above the similarity of many bands that infest the UK metal scene at the moment Of The Rose’s unique sound pulls this apart and tries to redefine it taking diverse influence from both past and present. With power and relentless amounts of energy Of The Rose are not prepared to back down for anybody that can’t keep up. This raw aggression and overwhelming passion is what has helped these five friends from Coventry carve a name for Of The Rose that is a strong symbol of the love for metal that binds them together. With numerous headline shows under their belt. As well as shows with the likes of YOUR DEMISE, TRIGGER THE BLOODSHED, RANDOM CONFLICT and DEADWEIGHT, along with members with combined live experience with bands such as ETERNAL LORD, SHAPED BY FATE, BLACK MY HEART and PENKNIFE LOVELIFE amongst others Of The Rose are far from shy of experience. As they move further into 2008 they want to discover new fans sharing a similar passion to theirs, as well as explore new places, play with bands of heavy calibre that they look to for influence and inspiration and finally to have an awesome time doing it and to generate memories that can be taken with them.
