| Nous sommes les Tabarnacos Surfers de Montréal, Québec. Notre projet a vu le jour un peu par hasard il y a 4 ans et est maintenant devenu notre passion. Nous sommes un trio composé de deux frères (Guy Poulin: Guitares et André Poulin: Batterie) et d'un ami d'enfance (Pat Myette: Guitare basse) Nous avons appris à jouer de la musique ensemble quand on était jeune en se fabriquant des guitares en "plywood" ou en métal avec du fil à pêche, des cymbales avec des lames de scies rondes et des stages sur des tables de pool . À force de boire du sirop d'érable, de la bière et de trapper le castor on a pu s'acheter des vrais instruments.Après plusieurs années à jouer dans plusieurs groupes et à s'abreuver de métal, rock, funk, jazz, nous sommes revenus à la base du rock... Et instrumentale en plus! Nos influences majeures sont le défunt Link Wray, Ac/Dc, Dick Dale, Les Ventures, Ennio Morricone... Du Surf mélodique au rock and roll garage solide, nous avons toujours une touche personnelle abrasive et nous délirons généreusement lors de nos prestations. Nous adorons tellement notre public , que nous n'hésitons pas à leur donner généreusement des hectares et des hectares de décibels de qualité ! Nous composons nos pièces et nous interprétons, à notre façon des classiques de Surf / instrumentales. Et nous aimons par-dessus tout nous abreuver de styles de toutes sortes qui nous inspirent dans nos créations. Nous donnons des prestations dans des bars, ça et là , dans les partys, happenings... On est ouvert aux propositions: Concours de bikinis, expositions de gros chars, beach partys, démonstrations de Tupperware, bars de danseuses , party de biker , mariages , baptèmes , enterrement de vie de garçon , on est toujours prêt à vous faire un beau specctaaaaacle!!! N'importe où, n'importe quand! Tant qu'il y a des femmes froides et de la bière chaude... We are a trio composed of two brothers (Guy Poulin: Guitars and André Poulin: Drums) and a childhood friend (Pat Myette: Bass) We learned to play music together when we were young by building guitars with "Plywood" with electric wires for strings, using Skill saw blades for cymbals and a stage with our pool tables. By the time we were finally able to buy ourselves real instruments by drinking maple syrup, beer and catching beavers .After several years playing in several groups (metal, rock, funk, jazz) we got back to the roots of rock... And instrumental on top of that!Our major influences are the deceased Link Wray, AC / DC, Dick Dale, Ventures, Ennio Morricone...From Melodic Surf to rock and roll garage, we always have an abrasive personal touch and we are generously delirious during our shows. We love our public so much, that we do not hesitate to give them generously hectares and hectares of decibels quality!We write our own songs and we play in our own way some surf classics / instrumental and we like to be influenced by every kind of music in our creations.We give shows in bars, here and there, in party, happenings... We are opened to proposals: bikinis contest, cars exhibitions, beach party, Tupperware demonstration, we're always ready to make you nice shooooooows !!! Anywhere, at any time!
