| Hi there! I am a Corporate Fitness Program Manager and Personal Trainer residing and working in Allentown, PA. I graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2000, but started working in fitness while I was still in school. I am a huge health and fitness advocate. I've been working for Air Products & Chemicals Fitness Center for more than 6 years now. I really love what I do. I also have my own personal training and nutrition consulting business, "Love The Fit Life, Health & Wellness Services".I bought a home in a nice part of Allentown almost 3 years ago now, and I love it. I guess you could consider my next love after athletics to be animals. I have 5 birds (a parrot, cockatiel, and 3 lovebirds), and I bought a beautiful male boxer puppy, Maximus, right before Christmas. I absolutely love him to pieces!! | |

Movies:My favorite movie of all time is Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Other movies I love are Conan the Barbarian and the Destroyer, Predator, True Lies (yes, almost all Arnold movies), A Time to Kill, the Pirates of the Caribbean triology and anything suspenseful. No sappy movies for me! |

Television:My favorite TV shows are CSI: Las Vegas, Friends, and the Family Guy. Recently though, I've become completely hooked on Reality TV Shows! I Love New York, ANTM, Tila Taquila. AND, I am sooooo excited they brought back American Gladiators!! |
