| Welcome to Sound Move Studios … a premiere recording studio located in Bohemia New York, less than five miles from Macarthur Airport. Owned and operated by producer/engineers Dianne and Alain.Clients come to Sound Move Studios for their recording, great vibe, gear, production and engineering. We are known for our great drum sounds. We have some of the worlds most famous vintage as well as new Pro drum kits. These drums are set up especially for recording by our master engineer.Sound Move Studios, Inc. is one of the few recording studios that still regularly use’s old school analog tape as well as Pro Tools, Sonar Producer, Adobe Audition and Steinberg for recording.We just opened our Fourth room. It is now up and running and available for rehearsal.The most common question we get is "what are your rates". Since the needs of each project differ the rates may vary, but they are fair and competitive. Where it is needed, we provide an engineer. We could provide a long list of rates for every possible scenario, but the most important thing to understand when shopping for studio time, is that rate is not the same thing as cost. We have always worked with bands to create a plan that stays within their budget and our cost.When you email or call, tell us as much as you can about your project …
