Music:Member Since: 01/12/2007Band Members: I and I Influences: First tape I ever owned was "Fear of a Black Planet" by Public Enemy. It was a christmas gift from my brother when I was 6 years old. The rest of my early childhood found me listening to LL Cool J, Young MC, Run DMC, Beastie Boys and the music of my parents: The Rolling Stones, Jimi, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Paul Simon, Otis Redding, James Brown, Bonnie Rait, Bob Marley, Muddy Waters, etc...Thus, my influences are vast, and ever expanding. I rap, but the music I make is far from today's radio rap. That said, there are rappers I respect enormously. The rappers who had the most profound impact on my sound are: Nas, Mos Def, Black Thought, Talib Kweli, Biggie, Sage Francis, Redman, Common, Chuck D, Wyclef and the whole Wu-Tang. Sounds Like: ..
