| Hi! I'm just me and perfectly comfortable in my own skin. I'm a strong, independent, intelligent woman who is optimistic and honest to a fault. I love being around people but I also need my ME time. My kids mean everything to me and help keep me grounded. My friends are the best. They ARE my family. Those who love me most in the world say I'm weird and a dork but they love me alot so it must not be too terribly bad, eh? I'm a native Texan who grew up in Houston but Austin is my home now. I currently live in South Austin but I'm getting ready to remedy that in August. I AM an aggie fan but it just makes for healthy competition round Thanksgiving. I have a passion for music and enjoy a variety of genres. I love singing karaoke and don't give a shit that I suck. I love live music and 2 steppin' 'til I'm drippin' sweat. I have seen all the bands on my friends list live and those are just the ones I remember except for maybe one or 2 I'll never get to see. I am a licensed insurance agent in 25 states and I love my job. We have those fancy bathrooms where you don't have to touch anything, so now I forget to flush and turn the water off when I'm home. And I'm sure I look absolutely silly waving my hand in front of normal paper towel dispensers. I love photography and nature. Summer is my favorite time of year as long as I'm somewhere outside by a body of water or inside where it's cool. I love beer but my worst habit is cigarettes. Wanna quit, just havent'. I love big, tall, bald men with goatees, a good sense of humor, intelligence, compassion, honesty and an awareness of who they are and what they want. I love to be around people who keep me laughing and I might afford a chuckle from time to time as well.
