| I'm basically a creatively driven person who loves Mother Earth, God, my family, & music above all else. I've been playing drumz for 13 years, and currently have gotten back together with old friends of the past to work on new material for a former band, 'Natural J' in Peoria, Illinois. I'm playing more of a fusion-rock, groove oriented sound than our last project 'This Burning Earth'- but Natural J really goes beyond genres & gives us the ultimate freedom to explore any & all sounds that might appeal to our senses at any given moment. I just love jamming out and making music of all styles, and am not too particular on which direction I move musically. Aside from these things, my main focus these days has become trying to make the separation from the currently accepted 'material gain at all costs' outlook that dominates this entire planet, and a more spiritual existence that utilizes oneness with everything around us, and an opened-mind through constant expansion of the consciousness- which leads us closer to the divine nature that exists universally and within us all if we choose to look deep enough & listen closely. I feel my instincts tell me at all levels that our modern way of life has failed horribly and is on borrowed time at this point. This current truth leads me to constantly prepare myself for what I believe to be a coming of destructive natural disasters and phenomena worldwide. Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, floods, and much, much more. It can be witnessed all around the world right now. I know it's nothing that most people want to even think about, but to me that is the inevitable flaw of our modern outlook- believing that things will always remain this way. So I'm on a personal journey of discovery and preparation at this point in life. Even with all this negativity that looms around us these days, I still remain in high spirits and cherish every moment I have in this life. I look for the good in things and try to build around that.
