Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor - Image Hosting ITALIANO: Gli Hybrid nascono dalle ceneri dei Radon, extreme/death metal band di cui facevano parte sia Francesco (chitarra) che Livio (basso) che Alessandro (batteria). Fra la fine del 2005 e l’inizio del 2006 Livio e Francesco tentano di mettere su un side-project fra il death svedese e il metalcore, che stenta però a decollare per la difficoltà di trovare altri componenti. Poco dopo i Radon si sciolgono, e Livio e Francesco si ritrovano più tempo da dedicare al loro progetto, ora denominato Hybrid, al quale dopo poco tempo si aggiunge Alessandro. Il nome vuole rispecchiare l’intento musicale della band: trovare un punto di incontro tra le correnti più moderne dell’heavy metal (metalcore, industrial metal etc.) e una matrice più tipicamente death, di stampo svedese, per creare un sound ibrido che rispecchi adeguatamente il feeling futuristico che ispira il progetto. Avendo già pronte diverse canzoni, nel settembre del 2006 gli Hybrid decidono di iniziare le registrazioni degli strumenti, nell'attesa di trovare un cantante. Tuttavia, a causa di problemi con la sala di incisione, la band si trova costretta ad interrompere le registrazioni, subito dopo aver terminato le parti di batteria. Nell'Agosto del 2007 la band entra di nuovo in studio e, utilizzando le basi già registrate, completa la registrazione e il missagio del PROMO 2007, avvalendosi di Marcello "Glorfindel" alla voce. La ricerca di un cantante continua fino al Marzo del 2008, quando Alex "Aeon" entra nel gruppo, completando così la line-up.ENGLISH: Hybrid started from Radon’s ashes, an extreme death metal band in wich Francesco (Guitar), Livio (bass guitar) and Alex (Drums) took part. Between 2005 and 2006 Livio and Francesco tried to build-up a new side-project, something half-way between Swedish death and metalcore, but they found lots of difficulties in finding the other musicians. When Radon split-up Livio and Francesco decided to dedicate more and more time to their new project, now called Hybrid, and Alex joined them in the new band. The name gives an idea about their musical intent: to find a deal between the most modern trends in heavy metal and their death metal roots, in order to create a hybrid sound able to suit the futuristic feeling wich inspires the project. During August 2006 the five tracks that had to be in “PROMO 2007” were ready to be recorded and the band, still without a singer, decided to enter in the studio and record the instruments. Unfortunately, because of some problems they had with that studio, the guys were forced to stop the recording. The recording of PROMO 2007 was completed in August 2007, with Marcello "Glorfindel" at the vocals. Nowadays the band is still playing togheter with the new vocalist Alex “Aeon”.WE SUPPORT:
