About Me |

I am the author of four non-fiction self-help books and one fiction book, a journalist, Reiki practitioner and teacher, web designer and ethical stylist. I have taught Reiki to hundreds of students and the work of my partner and I has been featured in numerous publications, including Natural Health and Beauty, Health and Fitness, Healthy, TNT and Positive Health. I spent a number of months as the features editor of a women's lifestyle magazine called Tonic, where I produced many articles about health, beauty and lifestyle, as well as interviewing a host of celebrities. In my ethical styling capacity I have been featued in The Times, The Daily Mail, Natural Health and Beauty Magazine and High Spirit Magazine. My first book, Passage to Freedom, is out on February 28 2008 and is being published by O Books. My second book, The Essence of Reiki written with my partner, Andy Chrysostomou, is out in May 2008. My third book, You Can Only Achieve What is Possible is out in July 2008 and my fourth book about toxic chemicals in beauty products is out in September 2008.
