| Paul Marshall,was born and raised in Nottingham,UK,and lived there until 1988 when he moved to London. It was here one day that he found his love for music, after searching through his fathers record collection, listening to 1950's rock and roll. He Lived next to the now Legendary London guitarist,Billy Jenkins, who took him under his wing, taught him to play the guitar,and introduced him to the Blues. Paul became highly influenced by the guitar sounds of Charlie Sexton, Arc Angels, Eric Clapton, Freddie King, SRV, Albert King, B. B King, Jimmy Page, and many many more. Billy would become Paul's mentor,and close friend, taking him along to his gigs around Londons music scene. These experiences would prove to be stepping stones to Paul's musical education and development as a guitarist.
He considers his main songwriting influence to be Bob Dylan.Paul is a guitarist,producer,songwriter, who is currently working on solo projects,but also works as a guitar for hire. Paul is looking to explore other avenues of music, and widen his horizons. He never stays in one place to long, and is always looking for new and exciting challenges. Myspace Editor Pimp MySpace .. |
