About Me

A variety of talent from all the places you would generally expect, namely Warwick, Dorridge and the mighty cov city making British music. 'Rock n' roll is a eloquent form of expressive escapism', as James Adie’s hairdresser once said. There is more to music than Heart FM and Simon Cowell. Save the general public!!! Rob Ashby and James Adie decided too make a band back in October. Both showing a love for Joy Division, Oasis, Muse, The Enemy, The Cribs, they set off and were soon joined by drummer George Hersey. Influenced by bands such as Underoath, Devil Sold His Soul, Enter Shikari, Paramore, The Enemy, Hadouken!, Anberlin, the band was beginning to take shape. After doing a few gigs in and around Birmingham the band decided to take on a new direction and recruit a full time bassist in the form of Stu Bevan pushing Rob onto vocals and rhythm guitar. In the short time they have been together, the band have played with the likes of Sick City Club and Hamfatter and are heading towards a bright future. We have been to a recording studio! It was rather fun and a time enjoyed by all. Quite lovely. The result you can hear is pleasing. We worked on a demo rather than perfecting the tracks with the idea that people can see the potential rather than anything too manufactured at this point. Hopefully, with these demos we can get on with what we do best, playing gigs some time this summer and next year. They are not finished products, but feel free to comment and leave feedback. We'd love it.Note- I've corrected the spelling and grammar yet again Rob. Let's keep it that way.Much LovexxxxTHE BAND HAVE BEEN ADDED IN A NATIONAL COMPETITION. PLEASE VOTE FOR US VIA TEXT. TEXT RED FOLLOWED BY 112 TO 81696 FOR US TO WIN.TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY AND HOPE TO SEE MANY OF YOU THERE.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
