Hey, I'm Lanie. Some know me as Elaine, E, EL, Lollie or Hox. I answer to most depending on my mood. Love them, Use them, Abuse them. My Illustrious Wasteland, written by the always talented, Tod Kimbro, an amazing sci-fi rock opera opens soon! I hope to see you there. I just began working as rehearsal director and dancer for my good friend, Nick Gray's production company, VisualEFX Productions and I dance for Nao dance company and the Center for Contemporary Dance I dance and choreograph for Drip. We are currently looking for dancers and artists to collab with...if ya know someone! I also work for BLUE with BabyBlueStar Productions. This job is way too much fun and I'm surrounded by the most wonderful friends I could ever ask for! I can't believe I get paid to do what I do! I do so many other random jobs, gigs, shows, etc, there's too many to mention. Oh, and I start at Universal soon. I live with FOUR mini dachshunds, Elsie, Indie, Levi, and Livvie. I love my weiner family so much! I came from Illinois and Michigan where my ma and pa still live. My sis (and her two cats) are down here in the sunny state now. I love the beach and laying in the sun although I rarely have the opportunity to do so anymore. I love stargazing and thunderstorms. I love being outdoors as often as possible but... I hate bugs. FL isn't the same as it was in the midwest. Hello mosquitoes! I won't complain though. Who else gets to wear flip flops practically year round. I think that the sunrise and the sunset are the most beautiful things on Earth. I love beer (yeah, I'm a cheap date- unless we are talking Frambrois...oh yeah, now we're talking)! I love spending my days off cleaning the house, going to Universal and Disney, and spending time with my family and close friends. |

Movies:I have too many favorites! Definitely any Harry Potter movie, Chicago, Moulin Rouge, Garden State, Girl Next Door, Alfie, Amelie, and The Company.I love kick ass girl movies (think Charlie's Angels and Kill Bill), scary movies (Candyman scarred me for life! I love to get spooked but spook easily)and comedies (40 Year Old Virgin, Anchor Man, Napolean Dynamite and Wedding Crashers top that list). Also, any movie involving dance is a must see for me! Too many favorites to mention. Although anything that makes me cry I avoid at all cost. |

Television:I would love to catch 24, My Name Is Earl, The Office, CSI, South Park and Desperate Housewives if I had the time. Oh, and So You Think You Can Dance. Can't wait for next season!Also, Family Guy (it makes me giggle). I have also gotten hooked on Chuck and Ugly Betty...love her! Thank goodness for Tivo. |

Books:I highly reccomend The Five Love Languages. I love all Harry Potter Books, all Dan Brown books, The Meaning of Crystals Vol.3, and The Four Agreements. Another great book is Life Colours....my fave! I'm a violet. |
