Humming a song as the days turned to night. Old country churches ,with white haired Saints sitting on the front pews. Black nights living in a Hollow surrounded with the live orchestra of kadydids, crickets , bull frogs. Hot summer nights with the windows open catching a breeze,filtering in thru the screen, with the whipper will echos, and distant hoot owl talk.Sunday gatherings at the farm with all the family comming in to enjoy a meal , prepared with care,love and big family laughter. Tractor humms, creating the tune of the word puzzles in my head on hot days in the field. Thanking God each day for my family ,life, friends and experiences and all those great writers and artist that made the sounds on crackling little black radios with little town country stations and songs that last forever.
