Fueled by a desire to play a bland between SEPULTURA, SOULFLY, HATE BREED, RYKER’S and more influence by Old and New School HARDCORE bands and More Metal bands.In 2002 they build a new band formation, Drummers-Arie and 2nd Guitarist Yudhie was joins to replacing an old members before, In 2004, Reza joins to replacing Bayu, its only until 2007, in the end of December 2007, Gardha was Joins to replacing Reza, until now......--------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ---SOUL ARE terbentuk pada tanggal 18 Maret tahun 2000, atas dasar kesenangan dan kesamaan hobi bermusik, 5 teman SMA, Vocalist-Indra, 1st Guitarist-Dhimas, 2nd Guitarist-Arya, Bassist-Bayu, dan Drummer-Anto, bersepakat untuk mendirikan sebuah band New School HARDCORE dengan nama SOUL ARE, (Filosofi SOUL = Jiwa, ARE = Kata sambung dalam bahasa Inggris) yang memiliki arti, Jiwa yang menyatu dalam Idealisme, Kesenangan, Persamaan, dan Persahabatan. Berawal dari memainkan musik-musik yang terinspirasi dari band-band seperti HATE BREED, RYKER’s, TERROR, THROWDOWN, dll dan mendapat banyak lagi pengaruh dari band-band New School / Old School HARDCORE, dengan nuansa Metal dari band-band seperti SEPULTURA, SOULFLY, HEAVEN SHALL BURN, NAPALM DEATH, BRUJERIA, CALIBAN, dll. Pada tahun 2002 kami melakukan pergantian formasi, Arie menempati posisi Drummer dan Yudhie menempati posisi 2nd Guitarist mengantikan personil sebelumnya, berjalan sampai dengan tahun 2005, setelah kami mengluarkan album E.P pertama kami, posisi Bayu digantikan oleh Reza yang hanya sampai dengan pertengahan tahun 2007 sehingga kami memutuskan untuk vakum.
