Music:I love anything good: Blues, all of it. Every bit of it. North Hill Country Blues is where my heart is. I love rustic homemade instruments and shiny, high-tech gear. I love roots music, all of it. Any song that uses a slide. Piedmont area: the kind that has soul. Country, the way Hank would want it. Bluegrass: the technicality of it astounds me. I love the direct influence of the spiritual. I dig Classical/Romantic, too. Metal is an art form, a few do it right. |

Movies:I could watch "Mahogany" and "9 to 5" everyday. "Wings of Desire" (German) remains one of my favorite films of all time, along with "Empire of the Sun." |
