| I apologize for not having a bio of myself but will be coming soon to a book shelf near you sometime next year. I'm a very complex individual (I'm laughing at my choice of words there but there is some truth to that) and been through more shit at 33 than MOST people will ever experience in a lifetime. Bone cancer, addiction, and a heart transplant to name a few. Not all by choice either but wouldn't change a damn thing because this is what has made me who I am today! It is not how we fall that is important but how we get back up.
Unfortunately after having a heart transplant in Dec '06 I will no longer be competing. The knowledge I have gained from the sport of Bodybuilding is invaluable, priceless, and is something that can't be taught. Some GOOD some BAD. Having said that, even though I wont be stepping on stage again, Bodybuilding & Fitness will always be a part of my life. I'd like to meet:Their is nobody in particular that I can say that I would like to meet. I would appreciate people not asking me questions concerning training, diet, and or supplements. Just because I have used in the past doesn't mean that I favor nor condone anabolic/steriod use. I would love to help everybody out but don't have the time to answer everybodys emails and questions. If I wanted to be a personal trainer it would be a different story. |
