Never trained on an instrument and with a desire to create the songs that persistently played in her head she taught herself composition by ear. Her writing talents, vocals and programming skills were soon recognized and lead to collaborations with John Cale (velvet underground), Ferry Corsten, Guru (jazzmatazz), Junkie XL, Delerium and many more.
