He started out at four years of age dancing on stage and eventually picked up singing, piano, guitar and has been entertaining people ever since.At the age of sixteen landed a gig as a professional announcer and later worked his way into on-air radio. Realizing his first love was singing, songwriting and performing for live audiences, he dropped everything and moved from Salt Lake City, Ut. to Nashville, TN. to pursue a career in music.While in Nashville, Shane worked as a studio singer and played local venues with many artists. Being a struggling artist, he ended up taking a job as a dance intructor for a local studio to make ends meet. He eventually made a name for himself in the dance industry and was recruited by a major nationwide dance cooperation and moved to the Phoenix area, where he still resides.Realizing once again his first true love is music, he quit teaching professionally and began working the nightclub circuit as a deejay, and now fronts a local band, records his original music, and runs live sound for many artists. .. - Download Shane Murphy's ringtones for free!
