| Born in Gothenburg Sweden 1959, my Father (R.I.P. 2007-12-17) played drums for me at the age of 1, that was an influence for me, I guess. In my early years he wanted me to play violin and piano, but I wanted to play drums. My Father was a Conductor/Maestro, and my Mother a Singer and Actress. I started with real lessons 1974, my teacher at that time, Bjorn Bang at Gothenburg Opera-house. Then, second teacher Oyvind Eigard also at the opera-house, learned me stick-control on the snare-drum. They couldn't teach me rock, that I had to learn by myself, but they teached me to play.My first band was a Swedish group called Public, produced by Claes af Geijerstam from ABBA. Second i played with Annelie Ryd'e Swedish singer. Then back to hardrock in a band known as Norden Light.In 1989, I started to play with Yngwie Malmsteen on Eclipse album and a little on tour.In 2002 on a Jason Becker tribute, and on Mistheria's debut solo cd.Today 2008 I play with my old friends in a group called Nemo.
