1969 Was Fine is a Punish Yourself spin-off/side-project. Guitars, saxophones, bass, drum, psyched-out synths ; we play fast, we play hard, we play stoned. This is drug music from hell’s garage, or maybe dark sonic matter falling off the stars ; haunted by the ghosts of Johnny Thunders, Stiv Bators and Link Wray... Our first record "But 666 is alright" will be released by April 2k8. It may feature famous guests. Ain’t that "teasing" ? Important note : the songs on the player are either rough demos or "live in the studio" tracks ; please be indulgent. Or don’t. We don’t care ;-) |
