Jennifer empowers her students to find balance in both the physical & mental bodies. She focuses on a GENTLE FORM of yoga, making the practice available to ALL levels of practitioners. She also includes breathing practices, meditation & deep relaxation. Jennifer's ultimate goal of balance is achieved by teaching in a manner that is appropriate to each individual's abilities. |
