On the 12th July 2007, Deonna Shipman was abducted by her non-custodial father, Jeffrey Shipman. She is considered to be at risk and the FBI have a warrant out for Shipman’s arrest. The last known trace of them was at Heathrow airport on the 13th July 2007. It is not known whether they left Heathrow airport for a destination within England or whether they were met at the airport and handed false passports and flew on to another destination. There is a previous link with Germany, so this could well be an alternative location. Her mother, as I'm sure you can imagine is devastated.
