Dedicated to providing religious supplies, support, and contacts to Native American Indian inmates and their families. Please visit NAIRSO and see how you can help, it is desperately needed! I run the Native American Indian Religious Service Organization, Inc., which was founded in 2000 out of a need for supplies and support for Native American Inmates and their families. Each summer, we harvest wild prairie sage and horsemint and distribute it as needed to Native American Indian inmates across the United States. We are in desperate need of assistance as since I've moved to the West coast of Florida, harvesting sage is no longer a possibility. We exist solely on donations of sage, sweetgrass, leather, feathers, beads, reading material, sweat lodge materials, etc. We prefer no monetary donations, however at times, they are needed (for beads, leather, sinew, etc.) and welcomed. We do not offer a pen pal service, we are strictly a religious service support group. Honest Injun... dedicated to exposing frauds who claim to be Native in order to benefit themselves and others through questionable monetary means and cultural misappropriation. I also run the group, "Honest Injun," which is a group of dedicated people who fight to expose frauds who claim to be Native and prey upon the ignorance of others. This group came to existence when a self-proclaimed "Cherokee" tribe claimed official recognition in the states of Arkansas and Missouri. After learning of their deliberate misrepresentation of recognition and fees that applicants were charged, coupled with ANA grants and disappearing funds, Honest Injun was born with the purpose of exposing the "tribe" and others like them.
